In 2020 a journey of evolution, automation and digitalization started between DIGINATION, one of the leading technology consultation firms in the Middle East, established in 2010 and specialized in Digital Transformation solutions & services, becoming a full-service entity that has the strategic thinking and planning where we provide all management & operation services in a new level of evolving, with King Saud Medical City, a Ministry of Health tertiary hospital established in 1954, and currently, it has 1,400 bed capacity with +8,000 employees.
From the ideal solutions to the final execution
King Saud Medical City was keeping its development journey starting with the IT department where it used to be run inefficiently because of not following the ITIL standards which resulted in the time spent in responding with support requests & tickets then IT projects over budgeted from the start!
- • Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) was the ideal solution to reduce complexities as it streamlines the processes in KSMC and synchronizes multiple applications, saving entirely deleting software and pay an extra cost for specific features and allows applications, structures and different parts of the organization to integrate and share information faster and easier.
New technology tools can aid higher levels of strategic value and scale into the future for a successful transformation to the intelligent enterprise.
