In 2020 a journey of evolution, automation and digitalization started between DIGINATION, one of the leading technology consultation firms in the Middle East, established in 2010 and specialized in Digital Transformation solutions & services, becoming a full-service entity that has the strategic thinking and planning where we provide all management & operation services in a new level of evolving, with King Saud Medical City, a Ministry of Health tertiary hospital established in 1954, and currently, it has 1,400 bed capacity with +8,000 employees.

With the integration of this unique medical edifice which is the first in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, KSMC wanted to offer much more than that to the entire medical sector by embarking learning management system to enhance employees’ skills to achieve benefits of cost savings, improved efficiency, accuracy, and improved employee’s experience, creating an advanced and integral platform that brings together all the medical sessions and courses needed by medical employees with various job titles.

KSMC was able to provide the best digital solutions technologies in order to implement this educational platform throughout Moodle; a learning platform designed to provide educators, administrators and learners with a single robust, secure and integrated system to create personalized learning environments.
